Three Ways to Add Bookings
What makes the Zercy Logbook special is its flexibility. There is no single right way. There are three. And all three are processed by AI in the background.
- Paste your booking confirmation: Copy the text from your confirmation email and paste it directly into the Logbook. Booking.com, Lufthansa, Rentalcars, Airbnb: it doesn’t matter where it came from. The AI reads everything, recognizes flight numbers, dates, prices and booking codes, and builds a structured entry. Nothing needs to be filled in manually. But you can always edit any entry by hand afterwards.
- Forward by email: Even easier. Forward your booking email to plans@in.zercy.app. That’s it. The Logbook receives the email automatically, the AI reads it, and the entry appears in your timeline. No copying, no opening an app, no extra step. The confirmation lands in your inbox, the trip lands in your Logbook.
- Type it informally: Sometimes you don’t have a confirmation at hand. No problem. Just type what you know: “Rental car from Frankfurt to Cologne on the same day as hotel check-in.” The AI understands the context. It knows your other bookings in the trip and resolves relative date references automatically. Works in English, German, or mixed. Short notes are enough. The Timeline: This Is What Your Trip Looks Like
Every booking lands as a color-coded card on the timeline. Flights appear in orange. Hotels in blue. Rental cars in green. Trains in purple. At a glance, you see what happens when.
The entries are detailed. A flight shows the flight number, departure and arrival times, seat and baggage info. Hotels appear as two entries: check-in and check-out, each with times. Layovers between flight legs are added automatically, including the exact waiting time.
